- the prices listed in the price list are valid for 2 people in Studio app (B2, B4, B6) or 4 people in Apartments (B1, B3, B5), for every additional person the price increases for the price of extra bed.
- a person or child without using an extra bed – to 10€ per day
- price of stay in our apartments for 1, 2 or 3 days increase for 30%
- for staying 14 days and more we give a discount – by arrangement
- residence tax is included in the price
- in July and August shift in the apartments is on Saturdays only
If the guest decides to end his stay earlier the host reserves the right to the full amount of paid reservation
- Important:Upon receiving a down payment of 30% of the arranged price on our bank account, we will confirm your reservation. Then, and only then, will your reservation become final. When we receive confirmation that you have indeed paid the above mentioned sum to our account, we will additionally inform you that we have made a reservation to your name.
It is necessary to prepare the amount of €200 on arrival, which will be used as deposit in case of damage or something similar. This amount will be returned to your when you check out of the apartment.
– Smoking in the apartments is not allowed and a fee of € 50 will be charged if we notice that you have been smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
– When you check out, the kitchen must be in the same condition it was when you arrived, cleaning of the kitchen is also charged € 50.
We would like to apologise for the fees, but we were forced to introduce a deposit for the mentioned fees because we had cases in the past when we did not have time to repair the damage and clean the apartment before new guests arrived.
CANCELLING THE RESERVATION:
– If you cancel more than 90 days before your arrival date, you will not be charged with any fees, aside from the € 20 for the administrative expenses related to the refund of your down payment.
– If you cancel between the ninetieth day (90 days) and the twenty-first day (21 days) before your arrival date, you will be charged with a fee in the amount of the down payment that you paid when you made the reservation.
– If you cancel between the twenty-first day (21 days) and the date of your arrival, you will be charged with the full amount of the reservation.
